Go to the official ABCA website to begin your registration process.

Fill out the online application form with your personal and medical information.

STEP 03: SUBMIT FOR REVIEW
Submit your completed application for review by the District's medical board.

STEP 04: RECEIVE CARD
Once approved, you will receive your official D.C. patient registration card.
ABCA Requirements & Fees: Patient registration and ID are mandatory for all purchases. Best Stop does not issue registrations; these are administered by the District of Columbia. All fees and requirements are governed by the District of Columbia Medical Cannabis Act (ABCA). No delivery outside Washington, DC.
