START YOUR DC MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD REGISTRATION
Use the official ABCA Customer Portal to begin your registration.

COMPLETE SELF-CERTIFICATION
Eligible applicants age 21 or older may self-certify. Applicants age 20 or younger need a healthcare practitioner recommendation.

STEP 03: SUBMIT THROUGH ABCA
Submit the completed application and required identification through the official ABCA Customer Portal.

STEP 04: RECEIVE DIGITAL REGISTRATION
ABCA issues registration credentials. Requirements and processing are administered by the District of Columbia.
ABCA Requirements & Fees: Patient registration and ID are mandatory for all purchases. Best Stop Dispensary does not issue registrations; these are administered by the District of Columbia. All fees and requirements are governed by the District of Columbia Medical Cannabis Act (ABCA). No delivery outside Washington, DC.
